Vat Patel, MD
CEO
Dr. Patel is a physician executive and former McKinsey & Company consultant with experience helping healthcare organizations improve strategy, operations, and performance.
He currently serves as a regional Chief Medical Officer for a large South Florida community health center serving approximately 50,000 patients, where he co-leads 14 community health centers in value-based care, ACO performance, clinical quality, operational efficiency, and provider productivity. He has management experience working cross functionally across multiple specialty groups and utilizes AI to help him optimize his executive workflow.
His perspective combines the rigor of McKinsey & Company management consulting with the practical experience of a physician and healthcare operator in resource limited settings.
