Vat Patel, MD
CEO
Dr. Vatsal Patel is a physician executive and former McKinsey & Company consultant with experience helping healthcare organizations improve strategy, operations, and performance.
He currently serves as a Regional Chief Medical Officer for a large South Florida community health center serving approximately 50,000 patients, where he leads work across value-based care, ACO performance, clinical quality, operational efficiency, and provider productivity. He has management experience working cross functionally across multiple specialty groups (including pediatrics, family medicine, OB/GYN, dental, and behavioral health).
His perspective combines the rigor of management consulting with the practical experience of a physician and healthcare operator in a community health setting.
